Bad service from Telkom

I have app**** for immigration from 120GB Day and 120GB Night to unlimited for R449 on Tuesday (27/08/2024) and Got pre-approval on Wednesday (28/08/2024) and authorised mandate as well. Since then I have been waiting and they telling is on processing when I call for follow I'm being told order is cancelled with no reason. I'm really frustrated as I have already authorised mandate and really not happy with the service I received from Telkom!!!!!
