Bad service from Telkom

I was called by one of the Telkom consultants in July offering a phone. During our conversation she said my other contracts with telkom were reaching the 24 months period. I told her I wasn't sure about my contract coming to an end, she insisted and said even my monthly premium will go down. The phone was delivered to me in July. I then called the call center to check if indeed my other contract did reach the 24 months. To my surprise they told I still have to pay for 12 months. I then called the call center again to fetch the phone back because I wasn't going to afford paying for two phones. The phone was collected on the 24th of July but up until now Telkom is still dectuding my money. They refuse to cancel the contract. Telkom are hypocrites reaping clients of their hard earned cash.
