bad service from Telkom

As per Telkom Agent this morning business telephone number *** estimated repair date is the 21st of december 2015 due there being to many faults and they dont have enough technical people <br> This business line has being dead since wednesday 9th december and i have being calling their call center every day since saterday the 12th of december and the agent always says that the tech will be on site the same day. The agent that I spoke to on Sunday advised me that all the other agents that told me that a telkom tech would be coming **** to me.Yesterday I was told that the fault with with the tech infield,today I am told that it has not being assigned yet.
