Bad service from Telkom

Bad service from Telkom, my line is suspended for 7 days, this distributed the wifi and cell phone contract. Payments made by eft and at paypoints only reflect after days. How can this be? My son is writing grade 12 and need the wifi to study, The call center cannot help connect although i made payment. The Telkom shop in Alberton is always offline! They dont want to cancel my contract since the beginning of this year!
