Bad service from telkom

The service at Telkom is pathetic, I made a payment on the 2nd of July and to date is has still not been allocated. I have sent numerous emails even been on their self service portals but no1 has been able to assist. The whole reason for paying in advance is that you don't debit me. I will be canceling my contract I have had it with your bad service as this is not the first time.
