Bad service from Telkom

Our account was suspended without any reason. We have been paying our account and the total on our account shows - R724, so it means that we have paid More than what was required... Is that how clients are treated?? They can't even say why the account was suspended! No request was given by anyone to do this and now we sit with the nonsense!! Truly bad service
