Bad service from Telkom

We have a fault with our Telkom WIFI line, because the wiring was cut by our our neighbours were building. So call in about 5 days ago and logged a fault with Telkom, and they said that an engineer with come out to fixs it. We call in every day and all we get from the agents in Telkom is that they do not now when if will be fixs because it is a big job. Also when we call in for an update on the fault we get cut off. I also got a new bill from Telkom but my issue if not fixs. Why do we get treated like a piece of trash when we pay on time. This is not good Telkom needs to do more and get agents that know what they are doing. And that are helpful. We have kids that needs to do the home work and this missing up there education. At this time I hate Telkom and will not recommend them to any of my friends and family ?????
