Bad service from telkom

Good day I app**** for a device as was adviced that it was on special. This was supposed to be my grandson ' s present The deal has been approved for almost 4 weeks ago, still today I have received. Everytime I enquire the response is that they never received stock yet. I requested the regional manager 's contact details but the north cape mall are protetecting him. This is really unacceptable and frustrating. Telkom should really ip their game
