Bad service from Telkom

Telkom is a bad service provider to me, i took a router with Data of which is been paid out with 2 cell no.068016-------- and 068252 numbers. Few weeks ago they called me to let me know that im finished to pay so from now on I'll pay only for Data which they said to me is a prepaid Data ( is a month to month not a Contract) which means if i pay they'll give Data as it is a prepaid no payment no Data, so I stopped paying because i don't need Data but TO MY SURPRISE THEY HANDED OVER MY NAME TO THE COLLECTION AGENT When I call them to check what's that money for the lady says she don't know. Some of the message i received:: Notice of Judgement:Mr/s Chauke,summons may be served and court order granted to recover R864.57 owed to Telkom acc *** Tel ***.
