Bad service from telkom

telephone line faulty for last 2 mths phone ring when pick up still ring ,working for 10min then stop working customer complain do not came thru *** did report it a dozen time already got ref nr for africa no answer yet did hold on for 15min again put the phone down again it is no use holding on just to received another ref nr please what can we do it is a business line and we lost a lot off business this way.
