Bad service from Telkom

I have just signed a Fibre contract with Telkom, everything installed but Fibre is extremely unstable. I have been to Telkom stores, contacted their technical staff on their call centre but no help at all. The level of incompetence with their 10210 technical call centre is too much. What’s worse is that they give you reference numbers and close them without even working on the problem. So anyone looking for Fibre run , Telkom will mess you up. Sadly they are using Vuma tel and I’m just defeated by this collaboration and their level of service delivery. It’s been 3 weeks of hell from Telkom, and May have to terminate this.
