Bad service from telkom

I have been trying to get information about my cancelation and beem taken from piller to post.

My contract was not canceled even after I called and kept my end of the deal... The consultant assisting me with the cancelation failed to do their part so the company is penalizing me. The call center is of no help as they fail to answer me.
