Bad service from Telkom

My husband went to Telkom wonderpark to change from prepaid to contract and they said that they will assist him and after a day or two his number will be on contract after three days that number no longer exists and he was given a new number that we do not know and now they are not assisting us in changing the number. We have been there three times already and they are telling us different stories.

We are losing out on business and we can't do anything because that is his main number. When we call the old number it says the number has been changed. When we call Telkom call center they are saying that they can not help us we have to go to the branch... We need help, we just want that old number back.

Can anyone please help us
