Bad service from Telkom

About a month ago we went to Telkom The Grove to get a new fibre contract, the installers came out to install the fibre but now Telkom has a issue with the router, everyday they say it is out of stock they will come back to us, but we never hear of them. This is getting ridiculous. The service is very poor.
