Bad service from Telkom

the telephone number was cut off. Reported it and they stated its their mistake. Then reported it again and still nothing has been done. Poor service its been more than 2 weeks for an 88 year old lady, this is unacceptable. this phone has been on and off for 2.5 years. I am going to take this further.
