Bad Service from Telkom

Good day, No internet for 3 days and Telkom still cannot identify the problem. One agent says it is my personal line and the another agent says it is a problem affecting the area I live in. All I get when following up are new reference numbers which obviously does not mean anything. Definitely looking for an alternate service provider.
