Bad service from Telkom

My landline was still is faulty because Telkom never fixed the problem. I did report the faulty line at Telkom. I have since cancelled my contract. They kept giving me airtime which I never used since the phone was not working.

I'm have been trying to plead my case with Telkom for months now but they ignore my emails. They just handed over my account to dept collectors.
