Bad Service from Telkom.

I am in a WiFi contract with Telkom for over three years now.Several times during our contract services were interrupted by weather,cable theft or modem failure.The service was alqays promptly restored after two or three sms'es to them.Since 13 August 2021 to date (30 August) service are off,with absolutely NO response from Telkom.
