bad service from telkom

Good day ,my name is James Nwaigbo my Id number *** I have an issue with Telkom concerning the WIFI network I sign the agreement with Telkom contract of R380 per month, which i could only use for 20 days only in a month and Telkom expect me to pay the amount in full. the next 10 days I will have to wait for the next data the following month. i tried calling them and even went to them numerous times but no luck yet I pay. i then have cancelled my contract with them and they are still deducting from me, had to block them from deducting from my account. they have been calling me, demanding an amount of R2800 to cancel the contract which disconnected me 8 months ago. my contact No is ***
