Bad service from Telkom.

I was called by a sales agent to increase my data at the same cost, naturally I went for it. I also asked that I not pay for 2 lines, which was agreed upon. Looking at my statement, I see that I am paying for 2 lines. Calling Telkom is a nightmare as each dept tell me to speak to another dept.... And still I will pay. Not happy hey
