Bad service from Telkom

Bad bad service. I'm not happy with the service I got from Telkom and their communication is also very bad. They don't deliver on what they promise customers and their agents don't have much knowledge on solving customer queries. My phone moms phone has been blocked and it's been two weeks now they haven't resolved that issue. We regret taking the contract with them. I'd never recommend them to anyone.
