Bad service from telkom

Telkom its just a nightmare company. They have blocked my contract sim card and my personal sim card for not doing their work properly. They underdebited their money, which now is my problem, went to one of their outlet to seek clarity, the service was horrible, they didn't even have telephone for customers to call their agents. 3 weeks later my Sim card are still blocked, they promised to unblocked 3days later after I paid the balance that telkom themselves underdebotec the money from my account. I regret recruiting our students to join telkom. The services sucks.
