Bad service from telkom.

So my boyfriend has been a telkom customer for years so this year we decided to move to a bigger place 2 month ago, so beginning of June he paid his account like a loyal customer and then went to their branches to ask them to move our lines to the new place we stay in and he was told to wait 21 day's and we waited after 21 days I then reminded him to go back to telkom to tell them 21 days is up we need Wi-Fi instalations he was then told to call call their customer service and he did so and was promised to be attended before the month end. June ended no one came I pushed him to call again and he was given an empty promise again mind you we paid for June and July for services that we never got. Today it's the 08 August he decided to go to the telkom branches to ask why they haven't sent someone and he was told that they have stopped installing their lines in the black areas because they're scared but they are not scared of accepting payments every month from a person who stays in Zwide. I would never ever recommend someone to go to Telkom they are ****** and the most horrible company ever.
