Bad Service from Telkom

Once again I'n unhappy with telkom mobile. i have written numerous reviews to telkom about my account but with no luck what so ever. It just shows you what they feel for their customers, nothing at all. About 5 year ago I was retrenched and only owed Telkom R1500 and I said I would pay all and they said no I must fill in papers and wait. After almost phoning every month for at least 6 to 8 months, they said they will let me know. Never heard of them and now they phone me and said I must pay almost R11000. Really now. I am willing to pay the R1500. nothing more as it was not my fault. Will wait for your response.
