Bad service from Telkom

Hello

I would like to place a complaint with telkom. I've been having a problem with connecting to their internet, using my mobile wifi since April.

I've reported the matter to the 4 times now, since beginning of June, but I'm not getting any help. I've been to their offices I Kempton Park and I called them, but no one attends my case. The response I get from them, is that they will send the technician to come and check our area.

I've been using this mobile wifi since last year July, without having any problems till this year April. My biggest problem is that, they always debit money from my account, but I can't even use the wifi. I buy data or go to internet cafe for me to connect and talk to my clients. Can Hello Peter please help me on this matter, because it's really frustrating. My case number that I received from Telkom is:***0. Thank you
