Bad service from Telkom

I have never seen a bad service like the one i receive from Telkom. I've send my phone to telkom for repair since January, they charged me access fee and i paid that amount. since i've send a proof of payment i'm still waiting for my phone even now. When i call them after three weeks they tell me that they still gonna request a new phone from a supply whereas after i've send them a proof of payment they have send an sms informing me that the repair is complete they are waiting for a caurier
