Bad service from Telkom

Why do Telkom have a sales number to follow up on orders if no one ever answers?? Very frustrating...! Trying to get hold of them since 8:30 this morning. After trying the option for new sales, the call was answered in 2 seconds, just to put me through and hold the line for another 10 minutes.
