BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I complained about the bad service I have received from Telkom from the *********** staff at the call centre 10213..I have spoken to on 29 October to a Dhiron who promised I would get my router and upgrade on my ADSL service, its now 11 December , I still have not received it. I called and spoke Chantal, Angel, Managi, and a host of others, no one knows what is going on there.

I complained on your site, but no one has even called me to check what is going on.
