Bad service from Telkom

Bad service for the pass month I phone about every day from my cell phone what a pay as you go phone is my landline is dead and my Wi-Fi is so weak.Every time I phone welkom lock a complain.after 3 weeks they send a person to repair.He told my they sign it every time off that my line is restore.So he fix it and it was working only for a week till last weekend thunder storm .From Sunday i phone again every day My last ref. Number Is ********** 6. It start costing me a lot of money to phone telkom from my cell phone.Telkom just dont come out to restore my line Please help
