Bad service from Telkom

I'm deeply dissapointed in the service i recieved from Telkom mobile as a service provider as well as their call centre.On the 19th of August 2018 i bought 2gigs of data which was no loaded on my account, I called the call centre a query was logged for me and i was told there was a technical problem i was given case number ********** 1 .two weeks later i got an sms to state my data will be loaded after 72 working hours. Even today i have still not recieved my data.I sent an email to the call centre team leader at ********** he/ she did not even bother to reply back. When I call the call centre im being put on hold for an hour until I decide to hang up.It really saddens me that i have been convincing people to port to telkom and then i recieve such service.Im deeply dissapointed that I cannot even put it in words
