Bad service from Telkom

Telkom phoned me with offer of wifi router, sounded good, till I received it. Could never get it working. Been to the office, they could not find fault till they discovered it does not work because South Coast doesn’t have tower to connect with. They still charge me for usage even if they know it is not working. I refuse to pay for something I cannot utilize. Sending e-mails is useless. Debit orders going off on dates I did not arrange! Very frustrating trying to get somewhere! I will pay for the device, but surely not for data!
