Bad service from Telkom

I app**** online for the uncapped lte and a sales agent calls me and says I have no lte coverage and according to other service providers I do have coverage. So is this just a ****. I spoke to a few other people and they were told the same. Does Telkom actually offer uncapped lte deals. It should really be available for clients as requested. This is really terrible service from Telkom.
