Bad service from Telkom

I've ordered a Fibre deal from Telkom about 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from them since then. I called in they take forever to answer and when you do get hold of them they tell you that the application went through and they waiting on the installers. However does it take 3 weeks for installation and no confirmation or courtesy call what so ever. This is poor from a big company as Telkom.
