Bad service from TELKOM

I have taken out a uncapped 10mbps line for R799,00. I have no problem with my LTE Box and after three days I cannot see Showmax, after the guy at Telkom told me everything is included. After many days on the phone and battle to get this rectify, nothing is done yet. They send you from this number to that number and no one can help you to rectify it, are they so *********** to get this resolved. I will never ever tell a friend to go to Telkom, because of their bad service. I will go to DSTV to link my account with the Showmax. but TELKOM never ever.
