Bad service from Telkom

I just want, to thanks Telkom for resolving my enquire I have heard nothing from your people up to date only a sms saying they will contact me. Again thanks for excellent service!!!!! More prove that I will never do business with Telkom again!!!!! I am still waiting for a response from Telkom!!!!!
