bad service from telkom

my restaurant needs internet to be fully operational . Logged a call a month back to have this resolved till now nothing is done the call center agent just say she will esculate it how can you have not esculated it to higher level after a day or two why wait for me to call you every time tell me more stories this is not on if i tell you stories not to pay my telkom bill will you allow it no so solve my problem now had enought of this **** service and stories
