Bad Service from Telkom

WORSE service ever!! always used 1Gb data per month, now it took 1GB data within 3hours...while I haven't used it but to try and get onto facebook only with bad signal. Telling me i used it all up in this short period! also they still owing me R200 since November last year... promises and nothing gets done! I am cancelling !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
