Bad Service From Telkom

I reported a fault with telkom 2 weeks ago after the lightning hit my line out. It is an ADSL line and I depend on the line not only for the telephone but also for the internet. I have a small business that I run from home. In other words if there is no telephone and no internet there is no income for me to provide for my family. They are not interested in attending to any problems because if you go on to Telkom Facebook page for customer complaints you will find hundreds of unresolved complaints coming through daily. ***
