BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I have been with Telkom for 5 years. And this is the terrible service received from them. On the 3rd of Feb 2018 i have logged a call that there is no Internet accea from home. I have been phoning them non stop and it is now Thursday the 8th of Feb with still no responce. All they can say is a call has been logged and D-Tech will assist in this matter. Pathetic!!!!. The second thing is. My router did not work after 5 months so i sent it in for repair. They gave me a job card number. This was on the 4th of December 2017. I than received an SMS that my router can not be repaired and that they will call me shortly. Haha i am still waiting for that phonecall. I went into Telkom Store at Mall@Carnival where i took the damn thing in the first place. And all they could tell me is that they do not have the router. They work for the same company bur they cant even tell me where it is and refuses to give me a new one. I am borrowing one from my Friend and they need it back. I have never in my life experienced such bad service. SIES MAN!!!
