Bad service from telkom

Its now just over three months and the landline stil not working! I have been reporting the landline every day sometimes twice a day!! Now i am fed up! Will never ever recommend telkom to any one!! But they still want payment every month!! Poor client care. poor client service!!

Hi still nok working! If i pick the phone up there are no dailling tone!! The house/ business fone number are ********** 004 and the cell number are ********** You can speak to Susan!! Please
