Bad service from telkom

Bad, experience with telkom mobiles renewed my cellphone contract with them in December 2020,biggest mistake i have ever made in my life,because the salesman **** to me with so many things, end of January lodged a query with telkom to this date my query has not been attended to they keep sending me emails that is been attended to but after 3 months still no way forward am disgusted with the way telkom treats its customers but they are quick to debit our accounts
