bad service from telkom

<p>I have reported that my landline is dead and not working so many times but nobody comes out to fix it. I have ordered a new line of R200 per month three times and they promised to come out and install everything. That was in Feb, March and April 2017 still waiting for the telephone line. My father is 80 and can't operate a mobile phone so he needs to contact his family. I lived abroad and never experienced running after a business. Usually they run after me because they want my money. I had other bad services from Telkom in the past also like internet etc but decided to still come back to them because I don't know other landline services. Please help</p> <p> </p>
