Bad service from Telkom

I have a Telkom line for more than 20 years and have been trying to cancel it for ±3 years. Today I went on the internet to find a cancellation form. After completion of a cancellation form there was no way to print it to Telkom. Then after a long battle I could print a new form. When I tried to e-mail to cancellations @telkom.co.za it did not want to go through. I am totally frustrated, because I have not been using the telephone line for years, cannot get it cancelled and keep on receiving account and letters from attorneys, but cannot get the service cancelled. Telkom makes it impossible to get rid of the telephone service.
