BAD SERVICE FROM TECHNICIANS

<p>Logged a call to get a line installed last week Thursday, Technicians arrived at my residence unnanounced on Monday, they did a few checks, then left and advused they would be back in an hour, they were not back, tried calling them several times with no answer and eventually their phones were off. Called them on Tuesday and they told me they had car problems and would be back on Thursday morning, called them this morning and the technician advised he has a tummy bug and wont make On all the times i had to make contact with them and they always have stories. this is unnaceptable. and i need a technician sent out imediately. Technicians name is Vincent and his cell phone number is ********** 801\ ********** 542.</p>
