Bad service from Sales team (its actually sad)

Called Telkom to move our line to a new premises. I was told that it would be faster to go to a Telkom store. I go to the store only to be served by someone who didnt seem to want to be at work. She kept suggesting things which did not make sense and suggested we call the call centre. I call the sales department and guess what... they have technical issues and cannot help. I asked if they can call me back and her response was she cnt.

Useless service. Telkom should be made completely self service so we dont have to deal with terrible staff members.
