Bad service from Ramutun woodmead store

On 28 Jan, went to telkom mobile store in woodmead to port my number, they told me about fingerprints and will get to me after 3 days, even today no response, I spoke to Ramutun(***). She is so unprofessional and gives a horrible service. I emailed her to follow up, she ignored me, what kind of service are you giving ppl, this is very poor.
