BAD SERVICE FROM PEARL MKHIZE

I received a bill from Telkom stating I need to pay R720.70 for July when my contract is R259 I called and spoke to Pearl Mkhize told her what is happening she said cause the debit never went off on the 25th June due to no funds i get paid on that date and Telkom has never had a problem ever since I have a contract with them with my debit I then told her I will send you my bank statement which i did on the 4/7/2022 3 days later no responds from her.MY CREDIT SCORE WENT DOWN DUE THIS TELKOM THIS NEEDS TO RECTIFIED if Pearl doesn't want her job i will beat you someone will appreciate her job.
