Bad service from leading landline company, Telkom

I reported a fault on my adsl line on 21 July 2016. Firstly they said that I'm throttled and closed the call. After 3 days again repoted the line again, they said that they do not have access to the one pole where the cable runs, and again closed the call. Once again I reported the fault again, and since then I am struggling to get my adsl fixed. Every time they want to test the copper line, but my line is fine. I can call from the line, and do a speed test that gives me a download speed of 0.4mbps and an upload speed of 0.4mbps while I run a 4mbps line. Today is 23 August 2016 and still they want to come and test the line after they did so maybe 4 times now. Why do they have people working there with no experience and do not know what is actually going on with their products. The consultant that phoned me said that they might have to recreate the port or reconfigure the port, but it doesn't seem that they tell this to their own technicians that just want to test the line all the time. I am fed up waiting more than a month to get this fixed.

Got a Reply from Noleen saying "A escalation with a copy of your complaint has been sent to our assigners for urgent assistance."

Now more than 24hrs later I still haven't even got a message or a phone call stating they got the message or that they will start to do the check or what so ever. More than a month now to sort a adsl speed issue nowadays. In the passes if a call was open for more than 7 days, the department will get a lot of trouble from their bosses. Now one must just pay the bill and be happy with the ****py service one get.
