Bad service from Josiah

Telkom Sandton bad service On the 29th I was ******, and my phone was taken as well. The ******** hacked my whatsapp, asking my contacts for money. The only thing that can resolve the situation is a sim swap, I decided to call the branch to confirm the closing time they said 18:00. At 17:50 I was at the door and the store was closed. The store manager Josiah came to the door with a bad attitude, I tried explaining my situation but he was not willing to open the for a Telkom customer. And he was not bored by any of my troubles. That's really bad customer exprience .was really disappointed.
