BAD SERVICE FROM CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT

Telkom is the worst to deal with they don't answer their phone when I want to cancel because of the bad service they provide, i have been calling Telkom three conservative days with no response their retentions department is the worse they say they will transfer you and you end up holding with no answer for an hour. I WANT TIO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU TELKOM ANSWER YOUR PHONES.
